I have a Call Pilot rls. 1 that's giving me a lot of issues. Is this release still being supported by Nortel?

they did a free upgrade to 1.5 years ago because it was unstable.. after that offer expired they supported it for less then a year..

Thank you Johnpoole for the info....now, I believe that the problems I'm currently experiencing requires a patch, would I be able to request for a patch from Nortel for my Call Pilot Rls. 1?

your going to need to upgrade the CPilot

It's only dialtone-VZ

Upgrading isn't even an option.

It will be a new install....
