is it possible for me to get reporting from a call tree i setup without enabling "call center"? i have the application server setup and working, which doesn't matter because i don't have call center....

however, under reporting(when logged into call pilot) it does give an option to show CCR tree usage....

??
 
The reporting for Call Center software is designed to use a Crystal Reports format to pull reports from skillset set up in the Call Center.

The reports in the Call Pilot are fairly useful to view activity on a daily basis
 
i agree..

does the reporting in call pilot work without the call center enabled? i see my ccr tree under "ccr tree usage" but it doesn't look like it's updating.
 
Yeah, the reports tab in the CP is independant of the RCC.

I don't have a clue why it's not updating at least on a weekly basis
