Call Pilot problems with numbers

Our Call Pilot Ver 2.1.27 is not able to say the numbers. When you call in to listen to voice mail It says something like Call from :....... At ......
So it can't say the Phone Number or the time.

The tech's have tried reinstalling. Installing to new hard drive. With out any luck. I am need of any help in this area.

did they re-install languages and prompts?

yes go to config wizard and verify that the did both.

you can also go to config wizard and just run install
languages and prompts only with the language cd in
the cd drive.
