Call Pilot Problems on BCM50

Hoping someone may have come across this before?

Have a client with a BCM50 PRI TDM system which includes call pilot for fax messaging and unified messaging.

They are having some strange error messages and config issues which our engineers don't seem to be able to remedy:

Constantly have an onscreen error message saying:
"dbcheck.exe failed to initialise" giving a memory location on the same error message.

They can't always purge or delete items from the call pilot inboxes and can't always fax out from call pilot

They keep getting the call pilot login screen pop up everytime they bring up their email window

Not sure if these issues are all linked but if anyone can shed some light onto possible causes, it would be greatly appreciated.
