call pilot problem

i have a call pilot 201i ver.2.02.

when i play my new message, it does not tell me the TIME and DATE when i received the voicemail, also the caller id number is not being played.

i need to press "72" for me to be able to play the voicemail info (including time, date, caller's number).

this is the only site that behaves like this, on other sites i have no problem.

i have tried reloading the languages, even tried mandarin to no avail.

any ideas guys???

had that happen on a new install, nortel had be delete the lang and do a reinstall on it, the lady in the box would say any numbers..
