Call Pilot Problem

Received a trouble report from one of our schools stating that unanswered calls are returning to the AA, with the message of the party you trying to reach is unavailable,instead of going into their mailbox. System is an MICS R6.1 XC with a release 2 Call Pilot 150, everything has been working fine for almost 2 years and the AA continues to answer incoming calls. Any input appreciated.

Find out a specific extension numer that is doing this. Make sure it is still valid. Sometimes things like that happen when an account has been deleted by mistake. The other thing to check is the settings on that extension(DN) for ring no answer and ring busy. Maybe ring busy is set to forward to the operator instead of going to VM. Power bumps can sometimes scramble programing.
