Call Pilot Problem

Hi there, for no aparent reason call pilot stoped working, Feature 983 returns "incative feature", cant connect to it via ip, so used the serial port, and this is what i get over and over :

Yes. It just keeps sending that over and over.

Replace your power supply if it is the old three prong style with the newer type. I've had this problem a couple of times this past month and replacing the power supply fix my problem.

when i had exception 1000 on a CP ...i had to change the hardware box

Did you check and make sure that you had a good port from the ICS plugged into port 1, it might have lost the cross connect etc. when the boot cycle dosen't see a port it just keeps cycling thru startup very similarily to this.
unplug the rj cable from port 1 and plug it into a digital set to verify.

Tried with a new power supply same result.

The 2 ports that go to call pilot are ok, i plugged in a digital set to each one and they are fine.

Any other ideas? or is call pilot dead?

call pilot doesnt have a reinstall (F903) F983 is used to initialize a new box.

Try the sw card on a diff CP box - to test that the software works
