Call Pilot picks up call but doesn't play anything

I have customer with a CICS with a Call Pilot 100. Everything was working fine up to a week ago. Went in today to delete some voice mail boxes and re-record path 0 on Tree 1. When I tested i noticed that the voicemail was answering the call after 3 rings (as it should) but didn't get my greeting or CCR tree 1. Just dead air. It has been a while since I have done some Nortel work and I believe all my programming is correct, any suggestions for a fix??
 
Re-record it, reboot it or call a tech in.

I checked each recording after I recorded them (Tree /Path 0, Greeting 1)exited the voicemail. logged back in and checked my recordings again. I have replaced the voicemail itself and am still having the same issues with the new voicemail.
 
Sounds like your missing a step then.

If in fact Path 0 then make sure to disable the Tree 1 in Table/CCR and Disable (morn, Afternoon etc too), you will need to press 1 to enable when you comeback to this area.
Record Path 0 then Press Save then Press END, save as Tree 1? say Yes, go back to Table and Enable CCR.

If still an issue then post:
Software version of CP
Software version of CICS
Your exact steps to the T

Thanks for all the help. I changed the port I was using to the phone system and that fixed the problem.
