I have customer with a CICS with a Call Pilot 100. Everything was working fine up to a week ago. Went in today to delete some voice mail boxes and re-record path 0 on Tree 1. When I tested i noticed that the voicemail was answering the call after 3 rings (as it should) but didn't get my greeting or CCR tree 1. Just dead air. It has been a while since I have done some Nortel work and I believe all my programming is correct, any suggestions for a fix??
