We are in the process of upgrading our voicemail in different offices. Our vendor has told us that the 25.40 PBX we have must be upgraded to Fiber for Call Pilot to work. Why is that?
We have an older call pilot running on it now, so I don't understand why the newest CP requires Fiber.
