Call Pilot Password remember

Good Morning;

I have a couple of clients that can access their Voice Mail with out entering a password. I have search Dn profiles and can't seem to recreate for other clients.. PLease assist.. I believe that there is a way to have your profile remember the password so you can auto login..

I have placed the new clients on auto login without any success as well..

Auto login is then turned on or off by the user. The user logs in to mailbox.
Types 8 0 4; follows prompts to turn it on or off.

I've turned it on yet it still asks for the password when i go into my VM..

You also must ensure you select auto login on the extention DN1
