Did anyone have full admin rights in their cls of service? If so they can log into Call Pilot Manager and re-enable the "000000" admin account. If not your vendor can go into tools on the server (requires password)and re-set to default.
if you have admin rights then login with that account instead of the 000000 account...and unlock and reset the pwd...otherwise, its like mikeet said...call your vendor...
If your CallPilot is 2.02 or later the vendor will be able to reset the 000000 password. Release 2.00 or 1.07 may require help from Nortel.
If any other existing voice mailboxes have full administrator rights use that mailbox/password combination to log into CP Manager. That is use the same mailbox/password combination used to log in via a telephone set to review messages. If not - set at least one other mailbox up with admin rights when you get back into CallPilot.
Vendor was able to walk us through the Utilities Tool and we got it reset. Created 3 admin boxes so this doesn't happen again. Note to self, never take a day off. People screw things up.
