I have a customer whom has a MICS 6.1 with a call pilot 150. The system has t-1 with pri. About 25 users and AA answers main number. This sytem has been installed for over a year.

The problem is when some calls come in and when the AA answers the calling party dials a paticular extension (example X205) the digits are not reconized.

I have called the system from 7 diffent sights and cannot duplicate the problem. But I was on sight the otehr day and we called several people whom have this happen everythime they call. If they yse the directory it works O.K. But they cannot dial extension sirectly. It is not a cell problem because it happens both on land lines and cell. I also asked about retary.

Can any one tell me if they have had any simular problems? Do you think is is the T-1/pri provider, the MICS the call pilot or any thoughts would be helpful

Sincerely, the phone boy

test each channel ..should have 4 ports /8 channels see if you can duplicate it to a specific channel...also can try extenting the dtmf timers but the default usually work everywhere...telcos may be issue....t-berd should recognize in bound dialed digits after call is established

There is a DSP patch that should fix the problem on the Nortel website.
