Call Pilot Mini Problem

Hey Guys,

I'm having problems recording my new message for my auto attendent on Call Pilot Mini. When I enter the number of the phone to dial, the phone doesn't ring, what could be causing this problem?

I think after you set the number and call up the recording popup you need to click on the play button to get it to actually call the phone.....

Actually, I believe you press the Dial ext button and it will call the phone.

You answer the phone and then the Record and Play buttons are active.
