Call Pilot Mini Auto Attendant greeting

Hi guys, Id like to know how am i going to setup our CP mini's config. Im kinda new at this , so Id like to ask from you a sample CCR Tree and CCR Node property config. Here's what we would like to have for our CPMIni greeting.


Welcome Message:
“Thank you for calling XXX Company, If you know your party’s 4 digit extension, you may enter it anytime.
“For our company directory please press 2 or stay on the line for further assistance. Thank you”


Message Transfer when they press 2 or opted for further assistance:
“Your call is now being transferred to a Client Service Representative.”
“To ensure excellent service, this transaction may be recorded or observed for quality assurance purposes. Thank You.”


Message transfer to voice mailbox: (After 30 seconds of waiting and still unanswered, this will prompt the caller to a general voice mailbox with message)

“We are unable to take your call at this time. But your call is very important to us. Please leave your name, your number and a brief message after the tone and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you.”

 
Do anybody know the procedures or the different Nortel Loads Commands, software, and equipment to installs
on the Nortel Option 61C switch for VOIP.
