Call Pilot mini 1.6 rebooting

Hi fellas,

I have a problem with a Call Pilot Mini 1.6 that has the following problem: each time you call it and try to access a valid mailbox it reboots, i have configured the switch properly following very carefully the nortel manual instructive. Any ideas?

Switch is a Meridian 11c, release 24.4

has this worked once or is it new? you built a cdn, pointed that to an acd then put the soft sets in that acd? when you print the sets they should show acquired

The Call Pilot mini is a brand new one, and, no, it has never worked before.

The NTP´s states nothing about CDNs, the order is: create the ACD queue, define agents, enable IDC on CDB, create the IDC table and put IDC yes on the routes. Maybe are you taking the Call Pilot Mini for a Call Pilot?
