Call Pilot Mgr. on standalone server

I am running Call Pilot Mgr/Reporter on a standalone server. After installing CP404S04G22C it can no longer connect to the Call Pilot server.
I get this message...Failed to connect to the CallPilot server. Check server information and try again. If this problem persists the server may be improperly configured. [ -2147467259 ].
The Event Viewer on the CP server shows that it is not accepting the logon. The standalone server is trying to log on the the CP server using IUSR_(REPORTER SERVER NAME). What logon should it be using?? If I access Call Pilot Mgr. directly on the CP server it logs on using IUSR_CALLPILOT and is successful. It appears that the standalone CP Mgr/Reporter server is using the wrong logon but I have no idea why?

clahrmer...what is CP404S04G22C i know it is a pep but
what for and can you tell me what release you are at and what all peps you have on your server.i will be able to
help you from that info.

CP404S04G22C is the current Call Pilot Mgr/Reporter client PEP for 4.04.04 which is the Release this machine is running.
On the server I have:

CPDSKPEP001S

clahrmer...thats your problem CP404S04G22C is the old
version you need CP500S02G23C.msi this is the pep for
callpilot manager and reporter for the peps you have installed it should have been loaded after CP40404SU04S
pep that the reason you get the error message.
