Call Pilot messages to Blackberry 1

CallPilot 5.0 on a 1005r with all recent updates i.e. SU03,SEC11s,and manager7C. We are having an issue with messages getting to Blackberries only when there Desk Top is not connected to the network. If they are connected to there docking station or the desktop is on they recieve there messages to the Blackberry otherwise they do not recieve there messages forwarded to there Blackberries.

Any help would be awesome.

Have to setup the Message Forwarding Rule in My CallPilot?

Yes it is setup But I will recheck. Would there be any Domain issues as in do the Mail server and CallPilot have to be in the same Domain.
