Call Pilot max storage

I currently have 350 hours of storage on our Call Pilot. We no longer have Call Pilot Reporter in use. Is there any way to find out how many hours of storage is currently being used? Also with or without the Call Pilot Reporter is there a way to set up alerts when storage is close to the max
