Hello,

I would like to change a field for about 80 users in Call Pilot Manager 05.00.41.39. Specifically, I want to change the Department field which is under General User properties. Instead of going into each user and clicking through, I was wondering if there is a way to select those users and make a global change. Because they have messages etc, I can't out and rebuild the mailboxes.

Any suggestions?

Don't think so. It will need to be one at a time as far as I know.

Wow, that's lousy! Ah well. Thanks for getting back to me.

I'm sure you are aware, but once you get the department names like you want them, go into "Templates" and add/modify those to meet the different needs of the different departments. You can have the templates pre-programmed with all of the mailbox information needed for a specific department. That minimizes a lot of missed settings when you add a mailbox.
