unable to login w/1020000,(customer is 3 digit dn's)so i tried 120000 and 10020000 no luck so i tried the "f985 9 resetsmpswd,still get an immediate "exit" whats up? whats left to try?

Do your other VM feature codes work? What do you get when you try 1020000?

the cp works fine with all f codes,its been up and working for 9 months at least. I inheirted the customer and thier system

after doing login password 1020000 or 120000 or 10020000 it shows in display "exiting" and back to time and date

Same thing happened to me. I used my laptop w/the use of a crossover cable to get into the Call Pilot, assigning to my laptop ip address 192.168.110.11 (because call pilot's default is 192.168.110.10). Confirm by going into dos and ping both ip addresses. Once successful, open up Internet Exporer window, then in the address field input that same address

http://192.168.110.10

You'll then have to enter a password i believe default is 0000, it may asks you to change it, go ahead and do so. Once your in, I believe there's a parameter called "mailbox administration"; click on that; you'll next see mbox 102, second from top (system administrator mbx), click on reset. After this is done, you'll now be able to go to the phone and do the feat 983, followed by password 1020000.
