Hi to all, i have an issue that recently came up,i have 2 floors of users leaving to another site and they want all there mail boxes programmed to an outgoing message, any shortcuts and/or solution to this,? Option81/callpilotmail...thnx for reading.ricky

Hi not sure what you want exactly, but you could make an Application and add all the DN's in the SDN and point to that application. Then you will have 1 Announcement for all DN's and just 1 transfer to the new external number.
