Hi,
I can not use all Call Pilot feature, can not connect to voice mail, greeting message, etc...
The TCM Channel 3 LED is not lid.
How can I solve this problem? I do not have experience with Call Pilot, could you please help me :(

Thank you very much for your help,
Soisuda P.

Which slot do you have the card in? It should be in the back slot and 2nd the Call Pilot can take up to 30 min to load.

It is in the back slot.

My voice mail and greeting message were work until this morning, the greeting message looked like it has been reset (but nobody connected or changed it) So, I did unplugged and replug the power. After that, when I use feature 981, I receive the inactive feature. No green light show on LCD.

Thank you very much for your help,
Soisuda

Check your connections between the TCM and CP. Use a butt set to verify signal at the end of the connection at the CP side. It is certainly possible that you have a duff unit.

Hi Arr,

Could you please advise me how to check step by step?
I haven't check before, and I have only multi-meter.
Can I do it myself or have to call the technical service?

Thank you very much,
Soisuda

FYI, I had one customer where the unit quit answering AA calls. when I looked at it I had inactive feature on all features except f 9 8 3 and couldnt log in with the sysadmin login there. Reset the power on the unit and was still locked out. did system startup and was able to log in under feat 9 8 3 so started to build mailboxes, when I got to the name area of building a mailbox the screen dropped to "unable to continue" and dropped the admin session. I ended up replacing the unit entirely.

The symptom of "cannot continue" means either corrupt files or hard drive damage. In both cases the hard drive needs to be repaired or replaced. This emphasizes the importance of backing up NAM programming.

OK, I forgot to state that was a call pilot that I was working on.
