Has anyone seen over the last couple of weeks CP100 that when trying to get keycodes for upgrades that the SN # are comming up invalid. Im on my third brand new CP100 with same senerio date codes are Sept. 21, 2007??? Is this my bad luck or does someone know something about this? My vendor is stumped???

I have had a couple earlier this year but none recently. But they were both 100's and everything works it's just when you went to turn up the codes it did come back as invalid ID.

Thanks Hawks,

At least i wasnt the only one,,, I kept getting the response " are you sure thats the right serial number?" And I have done enough mailbox upgrades that i know i wasnt crazy. Nortel better find out whats up,,, this was the third one.. Thanks again for response!!

Check and see if the ID is the same in each unit also.
