Call Pilot Give IVR Issues

Hi,

Did anyone encounter problem when using SCCS GIVE IVR with Treatment only 1 calls can hear the Call Pilot announcement at 1 time? Is it normal? I tested with Meridian Mail and I do not have any problem.

Check if one or several voice ports are not acquired properly by SCCS.
