Call Pilot General delivery change rings

I can seem to change number of rings higher than 4. Prime set is set under Term/ Set CFNA to VM DN, and put rings at 6. Under Sys Prog Feature settings changed to Call Back Trans to 6 rings. DRT to prime Y. DRT Delay 10. What else could i be missing to make calls ring longer before going to General Deliv MBX.

I think you meant you CANT no CAN

Is it only reception you want to ring?

If so you need to look for a set that also has lines assigned as Ring or Appear and Ring and remove it.

yes, just reception phone to ring more than 4 then to general delivery, hoping for 6.

Some other DN on your MICS has the incoming line ringing on it and it also CFNA to the Vmail DN with no Mbox or the Mbox not initialized.

If you're using a cics, don't forget to check the IATA, too.
