Call Pilot Fax question.

Is it possible for one user to see multiple extensions, i.e departmental fax and other personal fax'es?

No. This may be more of an Outlook question. We have some users that share a fax number and in Outlook they can see a fax in another persons mailbox.

I would like to know if this is possible with Call Pilot.

You can multiple user assigned to the same mailbox, either FAX or Voice, with Desktop. If the users don't mind it.

Can one fax be delivered to 2 or more Unified Messaging mailboxes?
