Call Pilot Fax printer on BCM50

I have a customer that recently installed the Call Pilot fax driver on all of his machines. They all work fine except for one machine.

The fax driver goes through the entire installation process without errors but the fax printer never shows up in the printer file.

Does the user have admin rights?
Worst case can they re-install XP?

The Administrator is the one doing the install. I hate to have them reload the operating system if it is not going to help, but i guess they could

There is something different about that one PC compared to the others that they need to find.

It is a 64 bit operating system. I don't know if the faxing will run in that environment.
