Is it possible to program a CDN as an extention DN in Call Pilot. IT doesn't seem to work, it says that the person does'nt participate to that service

default that CDN to a maxp 1 ncfw acdn, the NCFW poit to a phantom so it can have a mailbox.

you could SDN it in CP and app build it to a mailbox that way. if it goes to a queue, why are you trying to make it a mailbox?

Sorry I wasn't clear anough , I found what I was looking for.Some one acquired my phone in Symposium while I was working on it, that's why it wasn't going to the call pilot.
I had it desacquired did my test and it goes to the call pilot ok as an extension DN.

By being acquired the call follow's what is programed in the symposium, not what is programed in the pbx or in the call pilot. When the symposium is domw, it follow's what ever is programed in the pbx as a default route
