I have recently installed a Call Pilot system. We set it to not have passwords expire. However when our users are changing their passwords and they hit * it states that the password will expire on Jan 1. Is this some kind of system default? Or is it something I can change?

Call Pilot - Expiring Passwords

that should be a param under general options, i know i usually set password expire to 0 and have never gotten that happy new year statement.. it's great for security to force password change but i have 50 request a month for forgotten passwords.. 2400 boxes
