Call Pilot DN Identification

Got a 61C with Call Pilot. When a message is left in mailbox I get the "message from extension" then it is blank. With Mermail never had this happen and I am at a lose for this. Anyone have any ideas so that the DN that left the message is identified "message from extension XXXX"? Thanks in advance.

This might be resolved by reloading the languages. In some cases, either the CD is bad or the CD drive is otherwise not reading the CD properly. You might try making another copy of the CD (may be the recording speed of CD) and trying that.

this is a common problem on a new install, the lib (lady in the box) can't say numbers.. as sandy said delete the lang, then reload..restart the mail by the numbers, not with the switch

Thanks, I tried reloading the voice CD but same problem, will try the delete voice and reload this weekend, got too many classes going on for users tomorrow. Thanks again. MIKE

The 3rd reload did the trick along with shaking my fist at the terminal, thanks again. MIKE
