call pilot cannot add users

I am having trouble adding a user to my callpilot. If i delete a user i cannot add that user back. I remove the callpilot card from the cabinet and replace it back, it booted without any problems. I can access call pilot remove a user, however when i add them back i will get the following message:

error 'ASP 0113'
Script timed out

/cpmgr/useradmin/User/useraddexpr.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeOut or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

Most greatful for any help.
 
Not sure what release you are on but below is a solution from Knowledge Base for release 2.02:

Fact:
CallPilot
CallPilot 2.0
User creation template

Symptom:
Error: ASP 0113.
Script timed out.

Cause:
The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded.

Problem Resolution
Fix:
You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeOut or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

Per General Release Bulletin:

1. Go to Start > Programs > Windows NT 4 Options Pack > Microsoft Internet Information Server.
2. Launch Internet Service Manager.
3. Under the Default Web Site, right-click cpmgr and select Properties.
4. Click the Configuration button.
5. Under Application Options, set the ASP Script Timeout to the desired value
(use 82800).
