Call Pilot Backup 3

I have a CallPilot 4.0 that won't do a scheduled backup. If I go to System> Backup restore it'll show the next scheduled backup but if I go look the next day in view back up history it's not there. Backup type is Full System Backup to primary server tape.
I can do backup now and this works great and shows up in the backup history.
Any suggestions??
 
I have the same problem and I'm not able to download the PEP's from the Nortel sight. Access denied. After contacting my vendor I was told even with a maintenance agreement PEP installation is a billable service. Treated like a MAC (move add change) at $157.50 an hour, including research to see if PEP's are compatible with our current software. Does this sound right?
