Whacky question but I haven't been in the system for months and I'm experiencing a brain hiccup!

When I dial into Voice Item Maintenance, isn't there a way to hear what mailbox each key choice goes to? I don't want to have to keep opening menus in apps builder, and I could have sworn there was a way to check it by dialing in. For the life of me, I can't remember how!

..::sigh::..

I hope I'm not to the point where I'm just imagining things ....

Not through VIM, you need to go into APP Builder and get the ID's before you go to VIM

I have the app ID's and I can pull them up fine in App Builder, I get that part.

I just thought there was a way somewhere in voice item, where instead of pressing 2 to listen to the prompt, I press something else and it tells me where each of the key choices go.

I know I can do it in the App Builder, but rather than thumbing back and forth, I wanted to check my menus on speaker phone lol

I don't know of a way to do that but it is an interesting concept.

maybe it was the old Octel system I'm thinking of then. We didn't have apps builder so I guess it makes sense.

Thanks!
