Call Pilot Application backups fail

I seem to have an issue with CallPilot Application Builder backups failing. Full backups & user archives work fine....just not AppBuilder.

Does it give you any more information in the detailed log under backup history?

You could also look in the event browser and / or alarm monitor and search for the RC=41830 to see what description it has for this reason code.

If it is failing for all your applications, see if you can select to backup only a couple to prove that app builder backup works.

Perhaps one of the apps is corrupted?

Check to see if your backup time is conflicting with another schedule. I had the same problem at a site and once I changed the time, it completed properly.

I have the same issues on two call pilot 201i with Rls 4.0.4.

Tried installing latest PEP's...outcome....no change...

Tried removing the old shedules and created a new one and tried taking backup....outcome....no change.


I have been trying to get help but still no luck..

Any guesses..what else could be the issue here.

I have noticed that when creating an app builder archive if I don't check the All applications radio button but DO check the Applications from a list radio button, and then check off all of the apps. individually- the app. backup works. My site is rls 5 so waiting for tech to install SU11 to se if any difference.
