Call pilot announcement modify

Dear all,
i would like to know how to check announcement and how to modify announcement in call pilot i am using AVAYA CS 1000 system.
your reply will highly appreciated

you need to get Call Pilot Application Builder installed on your desktop/laptop. Then you can check announcements. There is a Service DN in Call Pilot, labeled Voice Item Maintenance. That is your access to change and listen, but there is usually a password assigned to the application. Once you get this installed, post back and we can move from there.
