Call Pilot AA Greeting 1

Does anyone know if Nortel has allowed the ability to change the AA Greeting remotely yet.

One of our customers has a CP150 with 3.0 And they asked me if you could change the AA greeting remotely due to inclement weather.

I know on the older voicemails you can not. But I was woundering if anybody has tried it on a CP150 with 3.0

You can change pre-recorded greetings remotely via the system manager mailbox. Call in and when AA answers access mbox 102 then press 99 and you'll be given your options of opening/closing the business and changing greetings.

Will these steps work with a CP 100?

I can do this on a NAM but cannot on a CP 150.
We ended up using an information MB for the weather related closing.
Has anyone gotten this to work on a CP ?

You absolutely can do this on a CP 150 - just make sure the System Manager's mailbox is initialized.
