I am having trouble routing a did number to a mailbox that is no tied to a phone extension. The call goes to generl delivery?

it'll help if you post your configurations and troubleshooting you already did
have you assigned the target line as the messaging line in the mailbox?

3.0 is Current Call Pilot S/W version associated with MICS/CICS

yes it 3.0 my mistake. We have a information box 303. We want to take a did number using the last three digits to this infromation mailbox. We have it set up as extension 303 and voicemail box 303. There is no phone at this extension. What configuration reprot would you be interested in.. The did numbers work for other live etensions with sets attached..

An information mailbox cannot take messages - delete and rebuild as subscriber (need to have 1 avbl mailbox atleast)

Cool, I just want it to play a message. But i cannot get the did number to this infroamtion mailbox. We are having problems with only mailboxes that are not associated with a live extension
