Call Pilot 2.0

We are using Call Pilot 2.0 desktop messaging with fax capabilities. Currently faxes come in and for those who have desktop messaging with fax capabilities installed the fax is delivered to their Call Pilot Inbox within Outlook.

Is there a way to deliver one incomming fax that comes in on one DN to multiple Call Pilot Desktop inboxes or can they be sent to a public folder? The admin. guides are not helping. I am reading about "general delivery mailboxes", and "shared distribution lists" but they are quit vague.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

set up a gen del mb and share the access passwords or try using a dist list as the did target for a fax. don't have my pilot installed at this sitwe to test, but i have sent my faxes to mb's and a fax server at the same time on a similar app
