Hello - Can anyone tell me about this please. We have CP DT msg installed on our PC's. When we log into Outlook this message comes up everytime that asks if we want to download the address book. Is there anyway to keep that message from popping up? Is it per license or global? Is it in the Outlook settings?

What is the advantage of downloading the address book?

THANKS!!!

The exact message is this:

"The Add - In call pilot help (nmdcext.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the add in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the add in."

Where would I go to fix this? I am the CP person. Thanks,

If you go into callpilot destop messaging properties, there are some settings under address book. you can tell it to download, or look at the server for address book. I use the server for it, so my users dont get promted.
