This seems to happen at a couple of my sites. I have the Call Pilot wired via ethernet to the company LAN.
So the user logs in and clicks on AA and clicks on company greetings.
Specifies the set she wants to record through.
Clicks dial and nothing happens.
Tryed a different extension and still nothing.
Trying clicking on Record and still nothing.
I know rebooting will most likely bring it back up as it has in the past. Anyone know why it is doing this?
Is there a way to get it dial without rebooting?
What am I doing wrong.
