Call Pilot 150 will not dial set to record greeting

This seems to happen at a couple of my sites. I have the Call Pilot wired via ethernet to the company LAN.

So the user logs in and clicks on AA and clicks on company greetings.
Specifies the set she wants to record through.
Clicks dial and nothing happens.
Tryed a different extension and still nothing.
Trying clicking on Record and still nothing.

I know rebooting will most likely bring it back up as it has in the past. Anyone know why it is doing this?
Is there a way to get it dial without rebooting?
What am I doing wrong.
 
I have noticed when set relocation is turned on and phones are moved, even though the phone you are trying to dial has never been relocated it locks up the aa greeting voice station dial.

after rebooting the CP 100/150 it will work untill phones are moved through set relocation

 
3.1 software on the 100 and 3.0 on the cp150.
I am thinking it might be the hangup button needs to be clicked before closing the web interface when recording.
I don't have set reloc on...it just seems to stop working through the web to connect to (specified set) 221 etc. tried dif sets too.
 
Strange.

I wouldn't think it would matter, but have you tried connecting a laptop with crossover cable to the CP to see if the web interface works correctly that way?
