Currently it is not working but a Nortel support person says CallPilot 4.0 Desktop Messaging 4.04.04.32 should correct this. This is located in the PEPS and only indicates for use on pbx and bcm, not specifically CP150. Not a word of this in the Messaging 150 patch info...I've requested documentation from Nortel and am waiting....just thought I'd ask the experts on Tek-Tips. Things were working fine until the customer upgraded their server to from 2003 to 2007.
