Call Pilot 150 system won't pick up internal calls

I have a Call Pilot 150 system that won't pick up internal calls. The operator is able to transfer a call directly to the voicemail, but when someone internally calls another phone it won't pick up.

Thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have call forwarding busy and no answer set up for the extensions to go to voice mail?

I don't see where to do that on the 7316 phones. I have a call forward button programmed, but I don't see where to do the call forwarding no answer or busy.

I have a Nortel MICS with call pilot 150.

You have to do it in programming. If you have a button programmed for call forwarding where do they forward to?

It's just a button I've programmed with feature 4. If the operator forwards to your voicemail it works fine... but if i call someone internally it just rings... where in programming would I make this change?

It would be under the sets programming. Off the top of my head I can't tell you.
