Have a cp 150 on 31.10.35.22 newest version,RCC version 2.4.358.6.61. I have loaded and uninstalled java 1.4 through 1.6, Its on a MICS xc 7.1 we have tried 2 servers and 3 xp pro sp2 computers. Followed the directions to a t and still when it passes the connection and we enable the services for call center reporting and login the website and try to run the Contact Center Connection it just sits there like a big pile of crap that it is.
I have tried having it on its own network no virus no firewalls i have read all the posts here and nothing fixes the issue, im running out of hair to pull out.

Did you install the CCRS app server on the pc? The app server connects to the Callpilot, the RCC connects to the app server.

Yes, The APP server first then we test ports then we start the service then we load the RCC then we reboot and open the 127.0.0.1/RCC, in the contact center connection we fill out the info ip address of PC that has app server and rcc loaded the port number were using 8089 the ccrs password and then submit it times out.

Do we need the app server on one pc and the rcc on another???????????????????????????????????????????? the manual showed we could put it on the same pc and we had to change the HTTP listing port to other than 8088.

CP 150 31.10.35.22
App Svr 31.10.28c.16
Reporting for cc 2.4.358.6.61
Java 1.6.0_15

xp pro sp2 no av no firewall, freshly loaded. and yes i have key codes for the reporting.

Yey coneil Were thinking its a port issue it seems the cp after we flashed the new version to 31.10.35.22 that ports 2223 and 2224 seem to start and stop working when they want so were going to format and reload the flash, Any ideas, I was on nortel and didnt see the rcc version 2.45.101. Ill have to look for it.

Found it, is this 2.45.101 for MICS not BCM? Its like 351 mg and the 2.4.358.6.61 is 86 mg,

Sounds like something on your network is blocking the ports.Try taking it off of your network & using a crossover cable. If the Call Pilot address is 192.168.10.110 make your computer 192.168.110.111.
Load the server sofware first & make sure that it passes the port test. It will use ports 2221 2222 2223 & 2224 as well as 8088. You were mentioning something about 2223 & 2224 as well as having to use port 8089.(has to be your network blocking) You should be OK with the versions that were mentioned although I have been using 2.4.360.1.61 version of Reporting for CC. Once you prove that it works off of your network than you can try & trouble shoot the blocked ports on your network. Good luck

After upgrading to the latest CP s/w, I had the same problems with the networking blocking ports. I upgraded to the latest s/w for the pc and its up and working.

After Re Flashing the cpilot to 31.10.35.22 now the web portion will not work now i can ping the ip but cannot access it. I'm having another cp sent i think the Ethernet port is bad.

pccal After the first time it blocked the ports i did exactly what u posted i used a xover cable and still did the same thing. I even brought in my own server with a fresh load of xp pro sp2, no firewall or av.
