Call Pilot 150 Mailox locked ? 1

We just upgrade a MICS to 6.1 and installed a CAll Pilot
I have had problems with two ext. accessing their mboxes.
F981 + pwd shows mbox locked on both sets.
F981 + other + mbox + pwd works OK.

I have changed both sets, ports, reset pwd and del and added
the mboxes. Still shows mbox locked on the two sets.
But I can access the mboxes from any ext. using F981+other+
mbox+pwd.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Very Rarely, I have seen the NAM and the Call Pilot VM glitch up on the set ID's sent to it. The VM mis-reads the set ID, the user on ext A press F981 and he is connected to the mailbox for ext B. Pretty soon almost everyone's mailbox get locked up. This has always been solved by a reboot - but I have never got an offical answer from Nortel.
