call pilot 150 lines disconection

Hi everyone

Please helpme whit a trouble, i have installed a CP150, whit 8 lines and 20 mail boxes, the automatic answer, and ccr works fine, but i have troubles when the person is put and the mail box answer the call; play the message but after the caller close the call the line didn´t disconect, just after 2 min it disconeted. the line program is loop whit suprevision, and manual answer.

You may want to check with the dialtone provider to make sure that their lines are disconnect supervised, and that they send a disconnect signal. What country are you in, and what type of lines are you using (analog, t-1 direct, t-1 through a channel bank?)
 
If you are using normal loop lines make sure you have the CO settings to 'supervised'.

The lines are using a normal loop from PSNT ALCATEL E10, the lines are supervised the software is Rl 6.

Is it happening on all lines or just one?

If you have DS turned on in the Norstar (on all the lines and it is working), the only answer is that your provider is not sending the DC signal.

I have had this problem. It is always with the dial tone provider - but you have to talk to the correct person to get it fixed
