Call pilot 150 enhanced call center Trying to imprt Greeting via VBK

I have a CP150 with enhanced software on MICS 7.1. I am setting up a call center. I have it all set up and the custoemr wants to have greeting done professionally. So have the wav file low grade. I used call pilot player. I converted the files to VBK file. When I import it sends like it is working. But when I put the extension in to dial to listen to the greeting the display of the phone says (stopped) no matter if push -save first or not. I can record manually with no problem. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Can't you just load the wav file into the CP with the import.

When I import via CP it look like it takes the import. I get no error or anything. The next step according to documentation is to dial an extension thru CP and play then save. but when I dial an extension it displays stopped. No way to save it. or play it. Thanks for trying to help.
