Call Pilot 150-CCR tree when dial I/C it works sometimes?

I installed a Call Pilot 150 to a 0X32 w/ 7.1 s/w. everything works fine, but the customer states that when you get the greeting "Thank you for calling......if you know your parties ext you many dial it at any time" then you get the option to press one, two ,or three. it does not transfer it continues with the greeting prompt. this does not happen all the time only randomly.
i used four stations for the voicemail; has anyone had this problem?

what version of CP?
if it is older ...you may need to update the dsp firmware
