Working on system all lines answered by auto attendant. The first time you try to dial extension you get message that you have dialed invalid extension, the 2nd time it dials thru. I have found that the system uses the first digit of the extension as kind of a pointer and if you dial first digit twice the call goes through. Where in Call pilot would this be controlled?
